Please note this program is for participants in Victoria‚ Australia only. Please do not submit an application if you reside outside of Victoria, Australia.

ROUND 1
The program will be delivered online (via Zoom and Canvas) across 5 weekly X 3 hour sessions. This round will take place from 22nd of August to 19th of September.

Who is this for?

This free 5-week professional development program is designed to build foundational management and leadership skills and knowledge for new leaders from the specialist family violence and primary prevention workforces, complementing the Fast Track core program.

The audience for this program are new leaders in Victoria working to end or respond to family and gender-based violence. The program will be designed for:

new leaders with between 6 and 18 months experience managing teams, projects and specialist areas,
specialist family violence team leaders, coordinators or managers who have responsibility for managing staff or teams,
primary prevention coordinators, managers and senior project officers who have responsibility for leading projects and/ or managing staff or teams.
