Kit leads on all aspects of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) for the Primary Prevention team to ensure the projects and work are grounded in best-practice evidence and are adaptive to meet the needs of the sector.
Kit draws upon her strong experience in the international development sector, where she worked on women’s rights programmes focussed on female genital mutilation (FGM), sexual and reproductive health and rights, and gender-based violence. Kit recently completed her PhD at The University of Sydney, where she also taught and was a researcher in gender and conflict studies.
